Grilling out is a great way to add tasty meals to your family meal schedule that are healthier than many other fried alternatives.
Grilling is also an easy way to add vegetables to your diet. Slice up some squash or zucchini, wrap them in aluminum foil and then place them on the grill for 5 minutes. Take them out of the foil at the very end and then place them directly on the grill to get that nice grill taste and the perfect grill lines. Of course, using a marinater to prepare meats ahead of time is where the benefits of grilling really shine. Marinate some chicken overnight in fat free Italian dressing for a great tasting meal of grilled chicken.
